摘要:
针对喷射脉冲清洁角阀多工作于高温高压工业环境中,阀门设计的关键参数喷吹量难以通过实验室模拟测量,传统理论计算方法误差较大的问题,提出了基于CFD数值仿真的喷吹量计算方法。该方法首先建立喷射脉冲清洁角阀内部流道三维模型,然后划分网格加载模拟工况环境,利用CFD数值仿真分析阀门在工业特殊环境中的流动性能,最后计算得到阀门喷吹量。仿真结果表明,该方法能够模拟喷射脉冲清洁角阀在工业特殊环境下的流动性能,计算阀门喷吹量。实际运行结果表明,该方法相比传统理论计算方法精确度提高了9.8%,可以有效地分析阀门流道的流动情况,为阀门提高喷吹量的结构优化设计提供理论指导。
Abstract:
Jet pulse cleaning angle valve mostly works in theindustrial environment with high temperature and pressure. Gas injection amount and flow performance, the key parameters of valve design, which are difficult to measure in the laboratory, and the error of traditional theoretical calculation is relatively large, therefore, it cannot guide the design. This paper presented an analysis method of gas injection amount and flow performance of jet pulse cleaning angle valve based on CFD numerical simulation. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of the valve’s internal flow channel was established, then the grid was divided, finally the CFD numerical simulation was used to calculate the gas injection amount and flow performance of the valve in the special industrial environment. Experimental results showed that the error was 9.8 percent less than the traditional theoretical calculation, which could effectively analyze the flow situation of the valve, and provided theoretical guidance for the structural optimization design of the valve to increase the gas injection amount.
