摘要:
针对弹载遥测天线小型化、弹体共形及抗高过载的综合性问题,提出了弹丸头锥上小型化共形短路遥测天线。该天线采用低介电常数柔性薄介质基底材料实现弹载共形,基于多短路针加载短路面的原理,逐步优化和确定了小型化共形短路遥测天线的各种参数,实现了天线的小型化。采用两片共形短路遥测天线对称配置形成的微带天线阵方向图具有在赤道面为圆形,子午面为“∞”字形的全向辐射特点。该天线外形尺寸为宽21 mm,长20.5 mm,厚0.5 mm。仿真、测试与试验表明,弹丸头锥上小型化共形短路遥测天线具有体积小、易加工安装、方向图稳定且具有抗高过载能力特点。研究成果可应用于小尺寸平台的遥测和弹道修正弹的弹载共形微带天线阵设计。
Abstract:
Aiming at the comprehensive problems of compact conformal telemetry antenna and conformal missile body and high overload resistance, a compact conformal short-circuit telemetry antenna on the projectile nose cone was proposed. The antenna used a flexible thin dielectric substrate with low dielectric constant to realize missile borne conformal, based on the principle of loading short road with multiple short-circuit pins, various parameters of the miniaturized conformal short-circuit telemetry antenna are gradually optimized and determined, and the miniaturization of the antenna was realized. The pattern of microstrip antenna array formed by symmetrical configuration of two conformal short-circuit telemetry antennas had the omni-directional radiation characteristics of circle in equatorial plane and “∞” shape in meridian plane. The simulation experiment indicated that the miniature conformal short-circuit telemetry antenna on the projectile nose cone had the characteristics of small volume, easy processing and installation, stable pattern and high overload resistance.
