摘要:
针对部分机电引信瞎火原因不明的实际问题,提出引信触发开关动态特性优化方法。该方法分别通过有限元仿真和实验验证两种手段对安装机电引信的弹丸侵彻木质靶板过程进行了研究,得到了不同结构形态触发开关着靶过程中的动态特性。仿真和实验验证结果表明,通过适当地选取电极的形状和尺寸,该开关可以满足以200 m/s垂直侵彻25 mm松木板的情况下开关连通,以250 m/s垂直侵彻3 mm胶合板的情况下开关不连通的设计要求。在设计过程中可以通过适当减小外电极的厚度,将圆形头部电极改为锥形或采用实心电极等方法来提高引信的瞬发度。
Abstract:
Aiming at the practical problem that the cause of misfire of some electromechanical fuze was unknown, an optimization method for dynamic characteristics of fuze trigger switch was proposed. The process of projectile penetrating wood target with electromechanical fuze was studied by finite element simulation and experimental verification. By the simulation dynamic characteristics of trigger switch with different structures were obtained. The results showed that if the the shape and size of the electrode were proper, the switch could meet the design requirements. Namely switch could close when it penetrated 25 mm pine board with 200 m/s vertical penetration and could not close when it penetrated 3 mm plywood with 250 m/s. The fuze instantaneity could be improved by appropriately reducing the thickness of outer electrode and using cone head electrode and hollow electrode.
