摘要:
针对战斗部高速侵彻多层目标过程中引信测量的过载层间粘连并导致计层不准的问题,对实测过载信号包络进行细节分析,提出层间过载粘连的内在机理是应力波沿着弹长方向的传播、反射及叠加,粘连过载的主频是应力波传播的频率。仿真表明,根据应力波传播的频率对粘连过载进行低通滤波,能够显著消除侵彻过载的层间粘连,凸显目标层包络。该机理的揭示为解决侵彻过载层间粘连问题,提高引信的计层准确性提供了关键技术支撑。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of the overlap between layers measured by the fuze during the high-speed penetration of the warhead into the multi-layer target, the envelope of the measured overload signal was analyzed in detail. The internal mechanism of the overlap between layers was the propagation, reflection and superposition of the stress wave along the long direction of the projectile. The main frequency of the overlap overload was the frequency of the stress wave propagation. Simulation results showed that low-pass filtering based on the frequency of stress wave propagation could significantly eliminate the inter layer adhesion of penetration overload and highlight the envelope of target layer. This mechanism provided the key technical support for solving the problem of penetration overload inter layer adhesion and improving the accuracy of fuze layer counting.
