摘要:
针对现有微型弹簧振动测试周期较长的问题,提出了基于激光多普勒原理的微型弹簧振动快速测试方法。该方法采用氦氖激光器作为光源,垂直照射到处于振动状态的弹簧表面,对反射激光光束的频率偏移量进行精确测量并从中解算出被测弹簧的振动参数。实测和仿真结果表明,提出的微型弹簧振动快速测试方法对谐振位移和频率均具有较高测试精度,可将单个微型弹簧的振动测试周期缩短至约3 min左右,测试周期显著缩短,可以实现特征尺寸为微米级的微型弹簧振动快速测试。
Abstract:
To solve the problem of long vibration test period of miniature spring, a rapid test method of miniature spring vibration based on laser doppler principle was proposed. The method used the helium-neon laser as the light source, irradiates vertically to the spring surface in the vibration state, accurately measured the frequency offset of the reflected laser beam and calculated the vibration parameters of the tested spring. The measured and simulated results showed that the proposed method for the resonant micro spring vibration displacement and frequency was of high test accuracy,which shortened a single tiny spring vibration test cycle to about 3 minutes, and could realize fast test of grade micro spring vibration featured micron size.
