摘要:
针对无线电引信内部没有泄压通道无法实现烤燃环境下传爆药反应产生气体向外排放的问题,提出了基于熔解装置的引信内部排气路径。该路径为:传爆管部件→隔爆部件→引信体→发火控制装置的支承筒→引信体→压螺,常规环境下断开,不影响引信正常工作;烤燃环境下打开,向外排放传爆药反应产成的气体,避免引信发生爆炸等剧烈反应。试验结果表明,该路径不影响引信的密封性,有效降低了引信快速烤燃时响应的剧烈程度,相对提高了引信慢速烤燃时的安全性,能够实现烤燃环境下传爆药反应产生气体的向外排放。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that radio fuze without internal pressure relief channel could not realize the discharge of gas from the reaction of booster charge in cook-off environment, an internal exhaust path of fuze based on melting device was proposed. The path was as follows: booster tube component flameproof component fuze body suppor barrel of ignition control devicefuze body screw pressing. Under conventional environment, the path disconnected and did not affect the normal work of fuze. In cook-off environment, the path was opened to discharge the gas generated by the reaction of booster charge to avoid violent reaction such as explosion of fuze. Test results show that the path does not affect the tightness of fuze, effectively reduces the reaction types of fuze during fast cook-off test,relatively improved the safety of fuze during slow cook-off test, therefore,it realized the outward emission of the gas caused by the reaction of booster charge in cook-off environment.
