摘要:
针对传统电推销器推销方向单一,无法满足引信安全系统保险解除中弧线轨迹推销的问题,提出了用于隔离转盘类安全系统的波纹管式电推销器。该电推销器在电信号的作用下,点燃内部的火药,借助火药燃烧后产生的高压推力推动波纹状壳体伸长。由于褶皱状的波纹管具有可弯曲的特点,根据引信解除保险所需推销轨迹的需要,将其放置于任意方向的槽或孔内,使其既可沿直线轨迹运动,又可沿弧线轨迹运动,最终推动保险销脱离保险位置、转盘对正传爆序列。试验验证表明,该电推销器可满足隔离转盘类安全系统保险解除中所需直线及弧线轨迹的推销,实现引信安全系统保险的解除。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the traditional electric propulsioncloser only has single pushing direction and unable to satisfy the motion of arc track in the arming of the fuze safety system, a bellows type electric propulisioncloser for isolation turntable safety system was proposed. The electric propulsioncloser ignited the internal gunpowder under the action of the electric signal, then pushed the corrugated shell to elongate by the highpressure thrust generated by the burning of the gunpowder. Because the pleated corrugated tube had the characteristics of being bendable, it could be placed in a slot or hole in any direction according to the pushing direction, so that it could move along a straighe path or along an arc track, the movement finally pushed the detent out of the insurance position and the turntable rotation to align the fuze explosive train. The test verification showed that the electric propulisioncloser could satisfy the motion of straight path and the arc track required in the arming of the isolation turntable safety system, and realized the arming of the fuze safety system.
