摘要:
针对目前弹载记录仪只能依靠经验判断使用寿命的问题,提出了基于累积损伤的弹载记录仪在高冲击下的寿命评估方法。该方法通过分析弹载记录仪的失效机理与失效模式,提出记录仪的失效判定依据,利用ANSYS/LSDYNA软件建立有限元模型,仿真记录仪在连续加速度冲击载荷下的抗冲击次数,并拟合得到加速度寿命预测曲线,最后,通过落锤试验对预测曲线进行验证。仿真验证结果表明,冲击加速度载荷与弹载记录仪的寿命近似成负指数关系,落锤试验结果与寿命预测曲线具有较好的一致性。
Abstract:
In view of the fact that the missile-borne recorder can only rely on experience to judge the service life, a method for estimating the life of an ambulatory recorder based on cumulative damage under high impact was proposed in this paper. By analyzing the failure mechanism and failure mode of the missile recorder, the failure criterion of the recorder was proposed. In order to obtain the impact times of the recorder, a finite element model was established using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, and the simulation was performed to calculate the continuous acceleration of the recorder. The life under load was fitted and the acceleration-life prediction curve was fitted. Finally, the drop curve test was used to verify the prediction curve. The results showed that the impact acceleration load was approximately negative index relationship with the life of the missile-borne logger, and the drop hammer test results had a good consistency with the life prediction curve.
