摘要:
针对室内10 m×10 m大靶面光幕测速系统配接的背景光源中个别LED发生闪烁故障,所引起光幕探测器持续输出误触发信号的问题,提出了大靶面光幕靶背景光源状态监测与故障定位方法。该方法采用线阵列相机配合光学镜头搭建光源状态监测装置,利用差影法获取目标图像行、列灰度特征值,快速提取目标图像中的缺陷,结合缺陷所占像素位置与光源模块结构对应像素数之间的转换关系,实现故障的精确定位。试验验证表明所提出的故障定位方法有效可行,故障定位精度优于5 mm,为大靶面光幕测速系统的可靠工作提供技术保障。
Abstract:
Aiming at the indoor large sensor area light curtain speed system with the structure of 10m×10m. When individual LED in background light source flicker, which would cause the detector to continuously output false signal. The method that condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of large target light source for indoor curtain target was proposed. This approach used the line array camera with optical lens to build the light condition monitoring system. Then quickly extracted the defect in the target images by using the frame difference method to obtain the row and column grayscale features of the defects. It realized the fault accurate location with combining the relationship between the number of pixels corresponding to the defects and the structure of the light source module. The testing result showed that this method was effective and feasible. The fault localization accuracy was better than 5 mm, which provided reliable working conditions for large target light curtain speed measuring system.
