摘要:
针对无触发机构引信采用遥测等方法测试引信解除保险距离时,所需的成本大、改装周期相对较长等问题,提出解除保险即起爆的延期解除保险距离测试方法。以隔爆机构解除保险信号作为触发信号,当引信解除保险时,向引信的执行级电路发送控制点火信号,以起爆弹丸;采用统计学和误差分析方法对试验样本的测试数据进行处理,推断出引信的解除保险距离。试验表明:该方法能比较直观地显示引信的炮口保险距离,达到考核引信的目的,并且易实现、成本低。
Abstract:
For the high cost and long refitting cycle of the telemetry of none-impact fuze arming distance,a novel testing method for delay arming distance of instant detonating after arming was put forward in this paper.To take the the interrupter device arming signal as trigger signal to detonate the projectile,a certain statistics and error analysis methods were adopted to process the testing data of the samples,and the arming distance of fuze was induced.The test results showed that the muzzle safety distance of fuze could be obtained directly by this method,which had the advantages of low cost and feasibility.
