摘要:
在高价值弹药机电引信研制中,由于产品成本高,不能像常规弹药引信通过大量的试验对产品可靠性进行验证,因此只有通过可靠性评估对产品的可靠性进行确认。针对这个问题,提出了一种高价值弹药机电引信可靠性评估方法,即将机电引信分为电路部分、机构部分和爆炸序列等几大部分分别进行可靠度评估,然后通过串联模型进行综合计算出引信单路子系统的可靠度,最后通过并联模型计算出整个引信的可靠度。通过实践验证,证明了评估方法有效、可行,对以后高价值弹药机电引信可靠性评估的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
In the development of electromechanical fuze of high value ammunition,the product reliability can not be verified through a number of tests because of the high cost,so the product reliability should be verified by using the reliability evaluation.Therefore,reliability evaluation method for electromechanical fuze of high value ammunition is put forward in this paper.The electromechanical fuze can be divided into the parts of circuit,mechanism and explosive train which would be evaluated respectively.Then the reliability of fuze circuit sub-system is obtained through comprehensive calculation by series model,and the reliability of fuze system is obtained through the calculation by parallel model.The practical verification shows that the evaluation method is effective and feasible,and it also can be a reference for the research on reliability evaluation for electromechanical fuze of high value ammunition in the future.
