摘要:
当今修正引信减旋机构的翼面有两种形式:矩形翼面和网格型翼面。虽然它们都可以实现对弹丸的横向偏差的修正,但是矩形翼面的外形尺寸过大,而网格型翼面对弹丸的阻力影响较大。因此,设计了外形尺寸合适、影响较小同时又能满足弹丸修正能力要求的菱形翼型等腰梯形翼面。从气动力计算验证和仿真验证可看出菱形翼型等腰梯形翼面能够满足横偏减旋修正引信对修正量的要求,而菱形翼型等腰梯形翼面相较于矩形尺寸更小,比网格状翼面对阻力的影响更小。所以修正引信减旋机构应采用菱形翼型等腰梯形十字翼。
Abstract:
Present wing surface of despinning device for trajectory correction fuzes are of tow forms:rectangular and grid-typed.Although these two forms can correct deflection of projectiles,the rectangular wing surface is oversized and the grid-typed wing surface has great effect on the projectile resistance.In order to solve this problem,the cross wing of diamond wing profile and isosceles trapezoid wing surface is designed which is of suitable size and smaller effect on projectile resistance.The aerodynamic computation and simulation prove that this cross wing also meets the requirement of correction value for despinning deflection correction fuzes,so it should be applied to the despinning device of fuzes.
